With slot openings as fine as 0.5 mm and material options ranging from carbon steel to corrosion-resistant SS316L, every unit is customized to match target formation grain-size distributions. The continuous V-slot geometry minimizes clogging and ensures unobstructed fluid inflow, supporting stable production rates for both oil/gas and water well applications.

Its all-welded construction and reinforced support rods maintain consistent slot tolerance even under high differential pressures. The perforated base pipe retains over 97% of its original strength, matching the robustness of standard well casing. Every unit undergoes full dimensional, material traceability and slot uniformity inspections, fully compliant with ISO 9001 standards.
