Seamless Steel Pipe is made from a solid round steel ‘billet’ which is heated and pushed or pulled over a form until the steel is shaped into a hollow pipe.The billet has to be heated first, then stretched and finally pushed or rolled over a frame or form until the pipe is hollow. A seamless steel pipe is a circular pipe having a hollow section and no seams around it. The seamless steel pipe is made of carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel ingot or solid tube blank, and then is made by hot rolling, cold rolling or cold drawing. During the extrusion process, the seamless steel pipes can only roll using a low alloy structure, carbon structural steel, or an alloy structure.
