The wedge wire filter element is made entirely from 316L stainless steel. V-shaped profile wire is wrapped around a cage of support rods, and every single intersection is fully welded. No glue, no weaving. The result is a rigid one-piece filter with continuous, evenly spaced slots that stay accurate over years of use.
