Product Description

Austenitic stainless steel 304L Continuous Slot Screen with api thread provide field-proven sand control with a long history of reliability in well drilling field. The water well screen pipes feature a keystone-shaped wrap wire on round rib wires for improved plugging resistance. Many advantages over conventional screens are significant compared to other screens.
1. Extra strength to provide a possiblity to drill deeper.

2. Large inlet area results in lower entrance velocity for produced fluids.

3. Filtration assurance to ensure the slot required is the gauge delivered downhole.

Main Features of stainless steel 304L Continuous Slot Screen:

1. Better filter function. The V-shape section plane of water well rod welded wire wrapped screens creates the continuous slot, which can avoid blockage and make sure of the unimpeded water.
2. Prolong life of well. The consecutive slot of water well screens(Johnson screens) have wider open area, and it can reduce the speed of the water entering to avoid the sand entering the screen under the great pressure, so it can control sand better, which can increase the water yield and prolong service time of the well.
3. Longer service life. Wire and support rods are all-welded, which makes water well screens(Johnson screens) more robust and longer life.
