The continuous slot johnson wire well screens pipe made by winding cold-rolled wire, approximately triangular in cross section, around a circular array of the longitudinal rods. The wire is attached to the rods by welding, producing rigid one-piece units having high strength characteristics at minimum weights. The advantages of John type screens are as follows:

The direction of the flow of Johnson type well screens is determined by the position of the surface profiles in relation to support profiles. Wedge wire screens are either flow-out-to-in (FOTI) or flow-in-to-out (FITO)

3. Do Destructive Collapse Test and collapse Strength Test before shipment.

4. If required, the screens will be made pickling and passivation.

5. The whole manufacturing process can be monitored by Third Party Inspection Company (BV, SGS, Intertek )and representative appointed by buyer.

6. The screens will be arranged the Pre-shipment Inspection if required.
