OASIS wedge wire screens are fabricated by precision-welding V‑shaped profile wires onto longitudinal support rods. This assembly creates a strong yet lightweight framework, offering exceptional mechanical performance, long-term durability, and structural integrity.
The screen is produced by winding V‑shaped wire around an internal array of support rods, with each junction fusion-welded to ensure reliability. This configuration provides continuous, consistent slot openings that permit high-volume fluid flow while effectively preventing the ingress of sand and gravel.
