Multi spindle Machine
The slotted liner is manufactured with the fastest multi spindle slotting equipment in the world. The 40ft- 80-spindle milling machine produces slots in one pass over the entire length of the joint. The machine handles lengths up to Range 3 and diameters from 1.9inch ; up to 9 5/8inch;

Customized design
The slot size and slotting pattern are customized to create the required open area. Multiple staggered non overlapping patterns optimize tensile and torsion strength and also increases the open area by 2 times compared to single cut pattern.

Quality
All slotted joints are deburred internally, cleaned and drift tested according to API standards. Every slot is visually inspected and cleaned of burr material. All threads and couplings are thoroughly cleaned and lubricated.

The size, grade and weight of the base-pipe are according to API casing or tubing specification.
